Website Terms of Use

1. Who owns the website

The rhy.com.co website belongs to PROMOTORA PATIO BONITO UAU 7 S.A.S. (in these terms, "the Developer"), developer of the RHY 7 Hotel project. CONSTRUCTORA CUATRO VIENTOS S.A.S. ("Cuatro Vientos"), Tax ID (NIT) 901059784-9, markets the project and runs the website on the Developer's behalf. In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to both.

2. What these terms cover

1. These terms govern the use of the rhy.com.co website, its pages, forms and tools (for example, simulators, calculators or quote tools).
2. By browsing or using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. When you submit a form, we also ask you to accept them expressly.
3. These terms do not govern the processing of your personal data. That is covered by our Personal Data Processing Policy (https://rhy.com.co/en/politica-de-datos), which is a separate document that you authorize separately.

3. Website information is illustrative: it is not an offer or a promise

1. The information on the website —prices, sizes, floor plans, renders, photos, videos, availability, finishes, furnishings, common areas, dates, hotel operator, brands and partners— is for information and reference only. It is not a commercial offer or a promise of sale.
2. Images, renders and videos are illustrative. Finishes, colors, furniture, landscaping and surroundings may differ in the final project.
3. Sizes are approximate. Final sizes are those in the approved plans and the transaction documents.
4. Prices and availability. Prices are in Colombian pesos and may change without notice until you reserve the unit and sign the corresponding documents. The availability shown on the website is for reference only and is confirmed by an advisor.
5. Dates. Launch, construction and delivery dates are estimates.
6. Operator, brands and partners. The hotel operator, brands and partners mentioned depend on contracts with third parties and may change. Their brands belong to their owners.
7. Simulators and calculators. Their results depend on the data and assumptions entered (for example, rates, occupancy, appreciation or costs). They are examples, not guaranteed results.
8. Returns and projections. Any figures on returns, income, occupancy, rates or appreciation that appear on the website, in simulators, in project materials or in conversations with advisors or virtual assistants are estimates based on assumptions that may not come true. They are not an offer or a promise, and we do not guarantee any return, income or appreciation. Results of other projects or of the market do not ensure future results.
9. Risks. Buying a unit in a hotel project involves risk. Income from the hotel operation depends on, among other factors, the tourism market, occupancy, rates, costs, the operator's performance, exchange rates, taxes and regulation.
10. Not advice or a securities offering. The information on the website is not financial, tax or legal advice, nor an investment recommendation. Nor is it a public offering of securities or an invitation to invest in securities, in Colombia or in any other country. Before deciding, consult your own advisors.
11. Advisors and virtual assistants. What our advisors or our artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistants tell you is for information only. The assistants can make mistakes.
12. What you sign is what counts. The conditions binding on you and on us are only those set out in the transaction documents you sign. If anything on the website differs from those documents, the documents prevail.

Nothing above limits the rights you have under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) regarding information and advertising.

4. If you live outside Colombia

The project is located in Colombia and governed by Colombian law. If you live in another country, you are responsible for complying with your country's rules on foreign investment, currency exchange and taxes, and with Colombian foreign-exchange rules on foreign investment. We can guide you, but those filings and their effects are your responsibility.

5. Permitted use of the website

You may use the website to learn about the project and to contact us. You may not:

• submit false data or someone else's data in the forms;
• use the forms or WhatsApp to send advertising, chain messages or illegal or offensive content;
• massively copy the website's content using automated programs;
• try to access restricted areas without permission, alter the website or send malicious software;
• use the website in a way that breaks the law or violates the rights of others.

We may block access for anyone who does not follow these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, renders, floor plans, videos, logos, the RHY 7 brand, the Cuatro Vientos brand and the website design belong to the Developer, to Cuatro Vientos or to those who gave us permission to use them, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view them and share links to the website for personal use. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brands shown on the website belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links and services

The website has links and buttons to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

8. Website availability and limitation of liability

1. We do our best to keep the website running well and its information up to date, but there may be interruptions, errors or outdated data. If you see an error, please let us know.
2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by website interruptions or failures, by viruses or attacks beyond our control, or by decisions made solely on the basis of website information without confirming it with an advisor.
3. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its version number and date. Changes do not affect transactions you have already signed.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Medellín, Colombia, without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including going to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

13. Language

These terms are published in Spanish and English, and both versions say the same. If there is any difference between them, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
